Grounded

I keep my feet firmly planted on the ground. I visualize my soul stretching deep down into the earth and expanding its roots. I am grounded. I remain strong, sturdy and unbothered by external forces working against me. Staying grounded will help neutralize unwanted negativity that may follow me. I center myself with all the positive flowing into my life and the endless blessings that are heading my way. I’m calm, strong and protected. I am grounded.
